Question: I have a Phase 5 SCSI host adapter and CD burning simply doesn't work for me. What can I do?
Answer:
Make sure that you are using at least version 8.1 of your SCSI driver. For example, type version full 1230scsi.device (you may have to replace 1230scsi.device with another name) and check if you have version 8.1 or higher. If not, obtain an update from Phase 5. How do you get the update? Don't ask us -- ask Phase 5.
